I believe in working on a personal level, because sometimes a professional level is monotone and doesn't feel it's coming from the heart. This goes for individual and group level settings, as a group everyone wants to achieve the same goal, but everyone processes information differently. I'm here to help everyone as a whole as well as working on a personal level to make sure everyone gets what they need.
