About Mark Renzo
Over the past 4 years, I've learned the foundations of web development, put my skills to practice, and put together everything I've learned and given back to the Merced Community. I started out as an assistant to teaching web development to students in Elementary School. After 6 months of TAing, I became a teacher myself and even developed a curriculum for multiple middle school classes! I enjoy teaching others and I'm very patient with everyone around me. Apart from learning the topics, I love helping those trying to understand the topic as well.

I start off with the bare basics of the topic. I believe the best way to learn something is to break down the topic into smaller sub-topics. After we've established a thorough understanding of the basics, we will continue to move deeper into the main topic.
To help understand some topics, I use visualization methods to clarify some of the difficult parts of a subject.
I'm an adaptive person, so my teaching methods are never consistent; Not everyone learns the same way, so to effectively teach others, I will definitely take the time to know you more!
