About Vladimir

I love teaching. Both my parents were Math tutors. To my family, teaching is a sacred calling. Expect an honest, flexible, adaptive, skilled and fun tutor. This is not a part-time gig for me to earn extra income, software engineering is a lucrative profession for experienced engineers (despite AI and the current state of the job market). I want to get a PhD and become a lecturer and eventually a professor. This is me laying the groundwork for that.

About the lesson

Because my courses are tailored to your preferences, experience level, age, and availability, we shall first have a discussion (unpaid) to learn more about you and your goal.
I will then plan the course (or class if you are simply looking for a limited & specific lesson), and classes accordingly.
My preferences are to limit each session to 1 to 2 hours, break it into theory (where I introduce or reiterate a concept), practice with guidance, a quick task, and finally a take-home task (this of course depends on your schedule, adults tend to be too busy for homework in my experience).
I break down complex concepts into simple blocks that you can easily understand. If you are looking to have a deep understanding of a topic, then I am the person to go to (otherwise a quick Google search & AI prompt would be all you need).
I have a master's degree in Computer Science, and 9 years of software engineering experience. I am currently attending an Artificial Intelligence course for my second master's degree (I love to learn haha) at Cal-Baptist University in Riverside, California. I transferred here from ASU.
I am flexible; in my teaching approach, fees, and time. All I ask of you is dedication and a willingness to learn.
