About Allen

I’m a Software Engineer currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Computer Science, with over 7 years of experience tutoring high school students. I’ve worked with 300+ students and consistently ranked in the top 1% in competitive math exams.

I credit my success to exceptional teachers who made learning truly meaningful. That’s the same approach I bring to my students. I focus on building deep understanding rather than memorization. My goal is to help you see the beauty of math and make it one of the most intuitive and enjoyable subjects you study.

About the lesson

I teach math the same way I learned it by asking questions. Lots of them. If you don’t ask “why,” I will. My goal is to make sure you truly understand the reasoning behind every step, not just memorize formulas.

Math isn’t about memorization, it’s about understanding concepts. Think of it like learning to ride a bike: once you truly get it, you never forget it, even years later. When you build strong fundamentals, you can tackle anything from Algebra to Differential Equations with confidence.
