I’m a software developer with 7 years of experience, currently working at Monash University. My path hasn’t been the typical one. I moved to Australia as a professional and had to start from scratch, rebuilding my career in a new environment. That experience gave me a clear, practical understanding of what it really takes to break into and grow in the tech industry.
