Ciao Everyone! I became a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2023, and I have been boxing for now 4 years and I’m still currently competing! 1 • One-to-One Sessions: 1a) Single Session, 1h (60 minutes): £ 60,00. 1b) Single Session opt.2 for 1.5h (90 minutes): £ 80,00. 2 • Group Training (2-10 people): Great for friends or partners who want to train together! 2a) 2 people Group Session (60 minutes): £ 40,00 per person. 2b) 3-4 people Group Session (60 minutes): £ 30,00 per person. 2c) 5+ people Group Session (90 minutes): £ 25,00 per person. 3 • Online Coaching: 3a) Online 1:1 PT or Boxing coaching 1h: £ 85. 3b) Monthly Online Coaching. Personalised workout plan + weekly check-ins: £400,00 per month. 3c) 6-Weeks Online Programme: £ 300,00 (Perfect for clients who prefer flexibility). 4 • Nutrition Coaching: Enhance results with a tailored nutrition approach! 4a) 1-Month Nutrition Coaching: £ 150,00. 4b) Meal Plan - Personalised 4-week plan: £ 90,00. ~ Packages Plans ~ [Package A]: Personal Training Packages: A1) 10 One-to-One Sessions (60 minutes each) for £ 540,00. Valid for 6 months. A2) 5 One-to-One Sessions (90 minutes each) for £ 375,00. Valid for 3 months. Terms: All package plans must be paid upfront. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or classes.

I would highly recommend Sofia. Super supportive and professional pt and full of energy
Sofia is a super professional and patient personal trainer. In each session she guides you through each exercise which may seem hard to do but with her help you don’t feel the fatigue of training at all and everything looks super fun and challenging in a good way. I enjoy our boxing sessions for these reasons and I always look forward to the next one :)
