About Jordyn
I am currently in my undergraduate degree, working towards getting my Bachelors of Arts as well as my bachelors of education.
I love all things writing! Ever since I was a kid, I have always loved to write. No matter if it's an essay for school, or writing creatively, I find so much joy in it.
I am currently majoring in psychology, and I hope to be a social science, humanities and English teacher when I am older. I am also currently working towards being a high school teacher, but plan on taking courses which will certify me to teach all grades!
I grew up spending every single summer at summer camp!

My approach as a tutor is to help inspire students and help them gain a passion for the subjects, similar to myself.
With this at the top of mind, I will structure lessons by going over individual course material that students share with me, helping them understand and grasp important topics. Additionally, I will also create fun activities to promote learning, and when it comes time to prepare for tests and examinations, I will create mock assessments to help build confidence in the student for when it comes time to take their real test or exam.
I am primarily looking to tutor students in the grade ranges of 9-12 in the subjects of psychology or sociology. That being said, I am also available for English tutoring. I take university level English and writing classes and can tutor students from grades 8-12
