About Maxwell
I am a passionate math tutor with over 7 years of teaching experience and an MSc in Operations Research. Mathematics, to me, is more than formulas. It is a language that explains decisions in finance, economics, and business strategy.
My primary interest lies in financial mathematics and quantitative reasoning. I enjoy guiding students through concepts such as interest rates, investment growth, and risk evaluation. These ideas shape how individuals and organizations manage money.
In my lessons, I often use case studies drawn from real financial markets. Students explore financial modeling techniques and analyze authentic economic data. This helps them understand how mathematics supports real-world decisions.
I believe learning becomes powerful when theory meets application. Step by step, I help students connect equations to financial outcomes. If you want to see how mathematics drives the world of finance, I would be excited to explore that journey with you.

My teaching approach focuses on connecting mathematics with real-life financial situations. I believe students learn faster when they understand why maths is useful.
Lessons include topics like financial mathematics, interest calculations, investment analysis, and personal budgeting. Students also strengthen their knowledge in algebra, percentages, ratios, and statistics. These topics are important for financial thinking.
I often use simple financial models and real-world examples. Students work through situations such as savings plans, loan calculations, and investment growth. This helps them understand how mathematics guides financial choices.
Learners interested in coding and mathematical competitions receive deeper analytical challenges. Logical reasoning and structured problem solving are strongly developed. Practice is consistent and focused.
The goal is to build confidence with numbers. Students gradually become comfortable making everyday financial decisions using mathematical thinking.
