About Wiktoria

Hi! I’m Wiktoria, 18 year old sixth-form student with a passion for teaching and helping younger students reach their full potential. I’ve always loved numbers and problem-solving, which led me to excel in maths and chemistry during my GCSEs, earning grades 8 and 9. Outside academics, I’m an active person who enjoys sports, modern dance, and music, which keeps me balanced and energized. I also have a love for languages—I’m fluent in English, Chinese, French, and Polish, and I’m always excited to learn more.

I believe teaching is more than just explaining concepts; it’s about connecting with students, understanding their challenges, and helping them grow. I’m passionate about seeing students improve and gain confidence, knowing that my ability to explain things in a way that makes sense to them has made a difference. Helping someone achieve better results isn’t just rewarding—it’s a motivation that keeps pushing me to become a better tutor myself.

About the lesson

If you’re looking for a chemistry and maths tutor who not only understands the subjects but also recently went through the GCSE exams themselves, I could be a great choice for you. Having achieved grade 8s and 9s in chemistry biology and maths, I have a solid understanding of the syllabus and exam techniques needed to excel.

Being a sixth-form student means that the content is still fresh in my mind, and I’m familiar with what examiners are looking for. I know the challenges you might face, as I recently went through them myself. This experience allows me to share practical tips and strategies that are relevant right now, rather than outdated methods.

Wiktoria has been tutoring my son for the last year, with her ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable way for my child is matched by a warm and encouraging approach, making learning both enjoyable and effective for my son. In the beginning of year 10 mocks he received a 4 in Maths and 3 in separate science, in the mocks at the end of year 10 he has received a grade 7 in maths and 7 in chemistry. Incredible!
