About Olivia
My name is Olivia. I am 16 and I am currently studying at a Specialist Music School based in Scotland. Despite my young age, I have an in-depth knowledge regarding music. As evidence, I have recently completed my grade 8 singing exam and now working towards a diploma, plus a distinction in grade 5 music theory. I am also studying singing under the guidance of a world-renowned opera singer, so I am still progressing with my learning and hopefully I can help you too. Amongst music, I am also interested in art, biology and space.
I want to ensure that I can provide you with singing tuition that won’t only make you sound good, but feel good within yourself as a singer. Plenty of musicians gloss over the fact that singing is a vulnerable process, so I want to be there every step of the way to make sure you feel confident with your voice and as a performer.

As a student at a specialist music school that teaches at a professional level, I understand that singing is a vulnerable journey, especially when you’re completely new to it - however I will ensure that you feel confident with your voice as singing is incredibly rewarding when you care about it and feel good doing it. I recently completed my grade 8 in singing and currently working towards a diploma in teaching singing. I can also help you regarding music theory up to grade 5. When it comes to music theory, I like to make sure that you truly understand, rather than just be good enough to take the exam as I believe music theory is essential to a musician's journey. I have sat the ABRSM Music theory exam, resulting in a high distinction. Lessons would take place online and will be directed towards young singers under 14. Can’t wait to help you with your musical journey!
