About Clark
I am finishing my MA in English in a few weeks and want to tutor some afterward. I have tutored in writing and want to continue. This was part of my professional responsibilities when I worked as an assistant in the English department at Millersville University for the 2019-2020 school year. I can tutor in reading as well, including literature. This is because I studied literature in several graduate courses. Furthermore, my work as a substitute has included some responsibilities with working with students while they read.

With tutoring in writing, I have two approaches: having the student read word-for-word out-loud what they have written; or advising them with ideas in writing something on the spot. A student learning to read would read word by word.
