About Shivani
Now in contemporary times, everybody has conviction about yoga practices towards the preservation, maintenance, and promotion of health. This class begins with Basic, Intermediate yoga asana then Pranayama, Kriya, Shankaprakshalana,Ashtanga yoga, Panchakosha sidhantha, Kayasamvadhana and ends with Kundalikriya. Mainly concentrate the lifestyle modification and proceeding a better living. According to the health condition, will do the changes accordingly.
