About Maisie
I am an active musician and multi-instrumentalist, classically trained with an affinity for jazz. I currently teach contemporary pop/rock/musical theatre at my music school and am looking to take on some more students at home. I am also well-versed in extreme (metal) vocal techniques, as I front a regularly-gigging hardcore band and would be interested in taking on students looking to develop this safely.

My lessons are engaging, personalised, and based on a fundamental understanding of vocal anatomy. I found the abstract concepts involved in singing to be intimidating and tricky to understand, which is why my pedagogy methods are based heavily in CVT and biology. In a lesson, we will focus on a singing fundamental, create exercises you can use at home, and work together to not only achieve your singing goals, but to further you on your musical journey.
