About Shalmali
Due to my vast experience in coaching, I can break down complex strategies into simple, digestible steps for students to understand easily. I can tailor lessons to individual learning paces, track progress, and make the game highly engaging. I can structure lessons to strengthen executive functions like planning, visualization, and focus. For me, the most important part is to analyze students' games, especially the losses, and make improvements accordingly in all three stages of the Chess game.

I have been coaching Chess for 6 years and have completed 2000+ hours of coaching. My students have won state title and medal at international level. I have extensive experience of working with children, utilizing fun interactive approach that balances skill development with life lessons. I teach students to view losses as learning opportunities fostering resilience, empathy and respect on and off the board. I break sessions into manageable chunks, balancing structured instruction with ample time for supervised practice and peer play. I have expertise in all the levels of Chess coaching (Beginners, intermediate and advanced) and have experience in coaching all age groups of players.
