About Patrice
My name is Ankhkra I am a sensual embodiment mentor. I help men and women connect to the body and rhythm through dance, breathwork, massage and yoga. All sessions are £44ph I am a trauma-informed practitioner meaning I have done specialist training to be able to hold space for people who may still have trauma trapped in the body and can offer guidance for trauma release exercises. Dance has been a crucial component of integrating my spiritual awakening. Moving the body can connect us with our heart and spirit making it a beautiful holistic practice. You can dance for fun, dance to keep in shape, dance to build confidence, dance to feel sexier or to build your sense of rhythm. Dancing is something I love and I can’t wait to share this powerful art form with you

Holistic dance classes, connect to your rhythm and feminine flow, I help you get out of your head and find your feet on the dance floor. My classes build confidence and a deeper sense of connection to your body. Music I use is an Afro fusion of rhythmic beats and melodies that get the hips moving. Dance is an excellent way to keep fit and have fun at the same time. My heritage is Jamaican. Dance is a huge part of my culture. I’m looking forward to guiding you through beats and bass back into a more fluid connection with your body.
