About Mariam

I am an experienced senior classroom mathematics teacher(PGCE trained by UCL+hold a QTS) and tutor with over 4 years of experience providing high quality, teaching. I specialise in GCSE, iGCSE, A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics. My lessons are carefully tailored to each student’s ability, learning style and academic goals. I focus on developing genuine mathematical understanding rather than simply teaching students how to memorise methods. I break down complex concepts into clear, logical steps and use targeted practice to build accuracy, problem solving skills and exam confidence. Whether you are aiming to strengthen your foundations, improve your grades, prepare for examinations or achieve the highest possible results, I provide structured, focused and supportive tuition designed around your individual needs. My goal is to help every student become a confident, capable and independent mathematician.

About the lesson

Catering to KS3-KS5 curriculum of the Edexcel exam board. One to one available with tailored questioning and work according to the ability of the student. Reflective teaching will include dissecting the strengths and weaknesses of the student to ensure where gaps in the knowledge can be filled to strengthen the fundamental concepts of each topic.
