About Madhumita
I am a Senior Data Scientist at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, one of the world’s leading genomics research centres. I work in cancer research, using data science, machine learning, and computational biology to help understand complex biological systems and disease mechanisms. I have a PhD in Computational Biology and several years of experience working at the intersection of biology, data, and technology. I love breaking down complex topics into simple, intuitive concepts — whether it’s statistics, coding, or data analysis.
