About Hannah
My background is in financial services, so it means a lot of sitting around in front of a computer. It’s so easy to pack on the weight doing a desk job, especially during and after the pandemic. The reason I want to share this with other people is because it really works. I’ve managed to get multiple people in my life doing these steps and all of them have lost weight and are feeling so much better.

I don’t believe in crazy diets or killing yourself at the gym! Life is too short to be that miserable. At my heaviest, I was completely miserable. It was so hard trying to do everything, because moving my body was that much harder than it was for everyone around me. My friends couldn’t understand why I was too tired for nights out, too scared of day trips in case there would be a lot of walking. I didn’t want to pant and be exhausted in front of them. I know what it’s like to try almost everything and nothing changes. So if you have ever felt that way, if you want to lose weight and have a more vibrant and active life, let me show you how. It starts with small changes you will barely notice that will have big results. Our first session will be a get to know you session and I will make up a plan for you based on your goals. I would like to work with you to build the plan that you want, something you’ll find easy to stick to. I won’t give you pressure and I will never ever judge because I have been where you are.
