About Lydia
I am a student studying education, who has taught a few friends to bake, and some simple cooking techniques. Over the last three years I have taught two people to bake one of our projects was a Cheesecake, and one person a few cooking techniques.

I base my lessons on what each person already knows, one person we started incredibly simple with cutting a chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. I do step by step instruction, based on what the student is interested in, and by cuisine.
