About Maria
Hi! My name is Maria. I am 25 years old and a mom of three amazing children. I have been baking since I was very young with my mother as my inspiration. I grew up in a family of 12 children, so baking was a daily occurrence and came second nature. I have 6 years experience in the service industry, 3 of them being restaurant management. Being around food is a passion of mine! My daily routine now as a stay at home mom of 3 is baking fresh sourdough with our mature starter, fresh cookies and other desserts. I am passionate about sharing my love for food with others.

Baking is a true science and art. Teaching basics of ingredients and how they interact are the bases to any knowledgeable baker! Taking lessons with me will help you gain confidence and simplify baking. Baking goes back centuries, it’s really not as complex and far fetched as some make it out to be. My goal is to grow confidence in any skill set of baker, whether or not you have any prior knowledge to baking. Let’s go back to the basics and form a strong foundation in your baking
