About Helen
I am a qualified teacher so up to date with all training and the latest teaching research. I have a friendly approach to work but expect students to work hard and achieve results. As I have a part-time job teaching, I can be flexible with sessions, so can offer online, in-person at my home office or a hybrid model.

I structure my lessons with starter questions to check prior knowledge, information to build knowledge and then practice exercises to consolidate and understand, correcting misconceptions and explaining as we go. I tailor my lessons to the ability of the student.
