About Ritesh
As a Vice-Principal with over 5 years of experience in the education sector and a BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Electronics from Christ University, Bangalore, my life revolves around education. Throughout my career, I have observed how students often struggle with Math simply because it is taught as a set of rules to memorize rather than concepts to discover.
I love teaching because nothing is more rewarding than watching a student’s fear of Math turn into confidence. My goal on Superprof is to mentor Grade 6 to 10 students, helping them build strong fundamentals, conquer exam stress, and actually enjoy learning Mathematics.

1) My Teaching Philosophy - Building conceptual clarity:
Mathematics shouldn't be about memorizing formulas—it's about understanding how things work. With more than 5 years of experience in the education sector, I help secondary students transition from rote memorization to deep conceptual clarity.
2) Class Structure & Methodology that would be followed:
a) Core Concept Building: We break down complex topics into intuitive, real-world ideas so Math feels interesting, logical, and approachable.
b) Guided & Independent Practice: Every session allocates dedicated time for live problem-solving to reinforce mechanics.
c) Open Doubt Resolution: A safe, interactive space where no question is too small to ask.
d) Outcome-Oriented Goals: Regular progress check-ins aligned with school exams and board prep to ensure measurable score improvements.
3) These classes are for students in Grades 6 to 10 (CBSE, ICSE, or State Boards).
