About Orest
I am a secondary school teacher in a prestigious independent school in central London. My background includes an MRes in Biosciences from UCL with a distinction and a 1st class honours degree in BSc Biomedical Sciences. I have extensive academic and research experience within sciences and I also aced the national panhellenic exams in which I scored a 97.5% in June 2019. This also led to me receiving an academic excellence award when I finished my high school studies (A-Level Equivalent) in 2019.
I have experience in tutoring students in study groups and clarifying concepts, which has led to them achieving higher marks in their exams. My passion for biology and teaching are excellent features for a tutor and crucial to inspire students into appreciating the wonders of the subject.

I aim to teach the essentials of biology to the student by accurately presenting content in a digestible manner. My lessons are focused on answering the student's questions and creating confidence in their knowledge by establishing an individual learning plan based on the student's strengths and weaknesses.
I plan to use my knowledge and experience in the subject to guide students in GCSEs and A-Levels and make them achieve their goals. I have over 50 hours of tutoring experience and have received positive feedback from my students.
