About Tobias

I tutor secondary and undergraduate Mathematics students and have over ten years of successful experience in tutoring and teaching.

I have tutored independently as well as working at Massey University, private tutoring firms, secondary schools and adult education providers.

I have undergraduate qualifications in Mathematics and English as well as a Graduate Diploma of Secondary Teaching. I am currently employed as a secondary teacher and am a registered teacher in good standing with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.

About the lesson

I take the stress out of mathematics by helping you avoid common mistakes and show you all the tips and tricks to make sure you can master your NCEA assessments.

I adapt the material to your ability and needs based on a careful assessment of your understanding.

If you struggle with mathematics I can work to help you understand, and if you're trying to push that extra bit further to make sure you get excellence then I can make sure you're ready.

Salvador has a good awareness of the different aspects of trigonometry and has experience working with the different techniques used. He needs to keep practicing in different contexts to make sure he solidifies his understanding of these concepts.
