About Kelly
I finished my 10th year of teaching math this past school year and have experience teaching ages 10-18 (Most of my experience is in 7th and 9th grade math). I am passionate about learning and making it fun and engaging. I love building relationships with students and I think that's one of the most important keys to success. I understand how hard math can be, but I have a knack for making learning fun and engaging. I am also very open to tutoring other subjects! I spent the last five years teaching high school in the Bay Area and I was also given the privilege to mentor a group of students at my school from their freshman to their senior year. School can be stressful, but I hope to alleviate some of the burden and help build confidence and important skills. In addition to teaching, I have a lot of experience in private tutoring and when I'm not working I enjoy being outside and hanging out with my friends.
