I have over 15 years of experience teaching English at the secondary level. I love building relationships with students and helping them develop critical reading and thinking skills. Looking for a highly qualified and experienced English tutor? I have 15 years of teaching secondary English and a Master’s degree in Gifted & Talented Education, specializing in helping students excel in reading, writing, and literary analysis. I believe in active participation from the students, meaning lessons are catered to students doing the thinking and working. I believe that strong critical reading and thinking skills are necessary to being a productive, contributing member of society.
