About Kashvi

Hello, my name is Kashvi, and I am an Aerospace Engineering student at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. I have experience as a volunteer math tutor through UPchieve, where I helped students work through problems step by step and build confidence in their own reasoning. I am happy to support you with mathematics and with college advice, including choosing a major, navigating the application process, and settling into university life. I look forward to helping you feel prepared in the subject you want to learn.

About the lesson

A typical lesson plan would look like me teaching the student about the concept, how to apply it, and then applying those concepts to example problems. Furthermore I would give the student practice problems to do for next class and also send over the slides for the next lesson. My lessons are for just about anyone who wants to learn the subjects I am offering to teach, but I mostly expect k-12 and college students as my tutees.
