About Baris
I had quite a journey to get here! I studied my Sixth Form in Bromsgrove School and finished IB with a 44/45 score which got me into UCL Computer Science. I achieved a First-Class Honours award in my first year, and on a trajectory to get one this year as well. I strongly believe I mastered both professionalism and creating a comfortable environment during my 3+ years of tutoring journey. Throughout my journey, I proudly helped all of my students to be their best at Maths and actually enjoy it! I take it very serious to not be a "typical Maths teacher" and strive to help my students to see the "fun" side of Maths.

Welcome! I am a Computer Science student at UCL with a First-Class Honours in my first year. I have 1000+ hours of online teaching experience and have taught over 100 students.
In my lessons, which typically last 40-60 minutes, I cater to all levels, from beginner to advanced. I will work with you to identify your strengths and weaknesses and tailor the lesson accordingly. Whether you need help with basic arithmetic, algebra, calculus or any other topic, I have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals.
My lessons are interactive and engaging, with a focus on real-world examples and practical applications of maths. I believe that maths is not just a subject to be memorised, but a tool to solve problems and understand the world around us. With my guidance, you will develop a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and be able to apply them to a variety of situations.
My lessons provides a convenient and flexible option for those who want to improve their maths skills. I am available at a time that suits you, and my online platform allows for seamless communication and screen-sharing.
