About Stephanie
I’ve always been fascinated by how the mind works, and I love helping others explore the subject in a way that’s engaging and easy to understand. I decided to start tutoring because I really enjoyed studying Psychology at A-Level, and I know how much of a difference it makes to have someone explain things clearly and support you along the way. I want to help students feel more confident, less stressed, and actually enjoy learning the subject! As someone who’s been through the GCSE and A-Level system recently, I know what the challenges are—and how to overcome them. I’m friendly, patient, and genuinely excited to share what I’ve learned with others.

As a second-year Psychology student at university with recent A-Level experience, I understand what it's like to be in your shoes. My lessons are aimed at GCSE and A-Level students who are looking to improve their understanding of Psychology, build exam skills, or boost their confidence in the subject. I take a student-centred approach, meaning each session is tailored to your individual goals and learning style. I use a mix of active recall, exam-style questions, visual aids, and discussion-based learning to help make complex concepts easier to understand and remember. Lessons typically last 60 minutes, but I can offer shorter or longer sessions depending on your needs. I'm happy to work through tricky topics, help with revision strategies, or go over past papers together. I achieved strong A-Level results myself and am currently studying Psychology at university, so I’m up to date with exam board expectations (particularly AQA). My goal is to create a relaxed, friendly environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and making real progress. Whether you're just starting out or preparing for final exams, I’m here to help you succeed!
