About Anna
I am studying maths and philosophy which I find really helps with tutoring, as philosophy looks into the core logic of all levels of maths, allowing the subject to be more than just remembering formulas. maths isn't something that came easy, so I think the most important part of my job is finding a teaching style which really suits the student. I know first hand it varies person to person.

I like to explain why things work, to develop the understanding and therefore ability of the student. Maths is often seen as tricky but it doesn't have to be. I typically teach hour long sessions and like to go over the methods which are more challenging for the student (I find it helps more than going through homework). Message me with any questions!
