I take time to first understand my students' learning strategies before proceeding with a lesson plan. Some students learn better visually, some students need a couple of example problems to grasp a concept; these are the kid of factors I take into consideration with my students. I have had success with helping my students navigate through middle school to high school in both academic and IB/AP streams.
