My teaching methodology/strategy is determined partly on subject matter to be taught and partly by nature of the learner. Although, I and my students will generally play an equally active role in the learning process. My primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material. Student learning is measured through both formal and informal forms of assessment, including group projects, student portfolios, and class participation. Teaching and assessments are connected; student learning is continuously measured during teacher instruction. [2] Some of my commonly used teaching methods may include class participation, demonstration, recitation, memorization, or combinations of these. Typical length of a lesson will be 45-90 mins. I'm a home lesson teacher and have never really taught in a school. I'm open to students of ages 5 - 50 as I take both students of primary education, secondary education, and adult education.
