About Molly
I have had success in small groups at school, and during tutoring, with all my students.
My passion is growth in the learner, every student has potential for growth.
In my district, one of the largest in Iowa, I am employed by the district not a school. This means I am trusted at a high level, and am blessed to teach students throughout their K-12 schooling.

I work hard to make dedicated lesson plans for each student's needs. Taking the first lesson to get to know the learner is critical in making a plan for progress. I will communicate the learning plan to families, as well as changes in direction if needed.
I was an online teacher, through the spring of 2023, so am very current on the technology used for online learning.
