I am a healthcare education and leadership professional with extensive experience in Health Care Aide training, instructor development, and quality assurance. Through my work with A3 Leadership Group, I specialize in strengthening teaching practices using structured observation, evidence-based feedback, and adult learning principles.

My approach is practical, supportive, and results-driven. I focus on helping learners and instructors build confidence, master competencies, and apply their knowledge effectively in real-world healthcare settings. I bring a strong understanding of industry standards, combined with proven strategies in coaching, performance improvement, and audit-based evaluation.

About the lesson

My lessons are for - Undergraduate nursing students, graduate nursing students, newly graduate nurses
