Trauma Informed Coach | Trauma Release
What if the very challenges or limitations you’re facing today are rooted in unresolved trauma? The body won’t release what the mind cannot understand, and this could be the very reason you feel stuck. Through my specialised Forgiveness Method and nervous system–based techniques, I help clients not just talk about their past but truly release it. By addressing both the mind and body, we unlock deep healing, restore balance, and create lasting emotional freedom. With years of experience in trauma release, I provide a safe and powerful space for transformation.
