Hi there! I am a senior in high school. Don't underestimate my young age though; I have gotten max scores for AP Physics 1, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, and Statistics. I also have lots of previous experience tutoring online and in-person. My teaching style places emphasis on proper understanding of the concept rather than memorization: I will walk students through deriving formulas and giving intuitive explanations/analogies.
During a typical lesson, I will work through problems on a whiteboard, pausing frequently for you to ask questions. Then, I will ask you to do a similar problem independently to check your understanding.
My lessons are suited for middle- and high-school students, especially those who are preparing for their AP exams. I am NOT the right tutor for a student who is trying to memorize formulas last-minute for their test tomorrow.
