I’m Alefiya. I’ve been in education for over 12 years, and I genuinely enjoy working with children and teachers. I’m someone who is patient, approachable, and quite organized, which helps me manage both classroom and leadership responsibilities smoothly. I like creating a positive and supportive environment where students feel comfortable and teachers feel guided. I also enjoy learning new ways to improve how we teach and connect with students.
