Welcome to the SAFe Scrum Master course. During this course, we will explore the role of the Scrum Master in the context of your team and in the entire enterprise, so you are prepared to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. You will learn the key components of Agile development at scale, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute Iteration planning. This course offers you the opportunity to step into the role of servant leader to build high performing Agile teams, and how to coach those teams to deliver the maximum business value at scale
