About Tushar

Teaching and mentoring students continuously since 2008, with experience across CBSE, ICSE, IB and Cambridge curricula. Holding a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Over the years, students have come from diverse academic backgrounds, learning levels and educational goals. The focus has always been on helping learners meet academic expectations while developing genuine understanding of the subjects they study. Concepts are connected to practical applications wherever relevant, helping students develop clearer understanding and stronger analytical thinking.

Students have ranged from those strengthening fundamentals and overcoming academic challenges to those preparing for school and board examinations or pursuing deeper academic and intellectual growth.

Alongside teaching, professional experience in Electronics, Cloud Computing, Product Development and Technology Consulting provides additional perspective that helps connect classroom learning with practical applications and real-world problem solving.

About the lesson

Every student starts from a different point. Some need stronger foundations, some need help overcoming academic challenges, while others seek deeper understanding and higher achievement. Sessions are adapted to the learner's pace, strengths and goals, creating a supportive environment for steady progress.

The teaching approach focuses on helping students understand why concepts work rather than relying solely on memorization. Lessons combine conceptual explanations, structured problem solving and practical real-world examples to make learning more meaningful and easier to retain.

A typical class begins by identifying the student's current understanding, followed by concept building, guided practice and application-based questions. Academic requirements, school assessments and board examination expectations and preparation are integrated into the learning process.

The emphasis is on clarity, structured thinking and independent problem solving, helping students become more confident and self-reliant learners over time.

Classes are suitable for Grade 9–10 students studying CBSE, ICSE, IB or Cambridge curricula, including learners strengthening fundamentals, overcoming academic difficulties, building confidence or pursuing deeper conceptual understanding in Science and Mathematics.

Beyond textbook learning, selected topics are supplemented with practical demonstrations wherever appropriate. In Electricity, for example, students can explore circuits, measurements and related concepts through hands-on activities, helping transform abstract ideas into tangible understanding. Practical resources are gradually being extended to additional Physics and Chemistry topics.
