About Phalesh
I used to work as an Engineer for a corporate but now I am a full-time teacher just because of the sheer love I have for learning and teaching. It is the best feeling to see parents take a sigh of relief when they see their child progress and when children themselves move from a place of self-doubt about the subject to a place where they experience an increased level of self-esteem because for the first time instead of cramming they are finally understanding how things are working. I emphasize conceptual clarity over rote learning and cramming. The secret sauce to my teaching and why it truly works is that I use anecdotes, real-life examples and an interdisciplinary approach to make the topic more of a life learning than only a tool to score good grades.
