About Me Hi there! I'm a trained school psychologist with hands-on experience in working with students across different age groups. Over the years, I’ve provided counseling, life skills training, and mental health support in school settings—so I understand how to connect with students, make learning enjoyable, and support their growth both academically and emotionally. My teaching is simple, student-friendly, and practical. I’m here to not just help you understand Psychology and Life Skills, but to also apply it meaningfully in your life. About the lesson

My Teaching Approach As a school psychologist, I believe that learning should be practical, engaging, and emotionally supportive. I use a mix of interactive discussions, real-life examples, visual aids, and reflective activities to help students understand and apply concepts—not just memorize them. Techniques & Methods I Use: Active discussions & real-life case examples Simple breakdown of psychological theories Worksheets, mind maps, and mood check-ins Regular feedback & confidence-building techniques Structure of My Class: Check-in (how the student is feeling / any stressors) Concept Explanation (using visuals, examples, or stories) Activity or Q&A (short worksheet or discussion) Recap + Homework tip or practice task What Makes My Classes Special: I combine academic learning with emotional support I adjust my teaching style based on the student’s pace I create a safe space where students feel heard and understood I help students build focus, self-awareness, and confidence Who Can Join My Classes?
