About Amy
Hi! I someone who loves to teach and inspire individuals about health and wellness. I have a degree in Education from the U of R, and I am currently an elementary school teacher as well as a certified 200hr yoga instructor. I have spent many years education myself and practising a healthy lifestyle (physically, mentally and emotionally) I am excited to share this passion with you!
