About Alexandra
Alexandra is an avid student of metaphysics, bioenergetic healing, yoga, and countless other spiritual and energetic healing modalities. Her background includes 10+ years of apprenticeships and certifications in Healing Touch, Embodied Leadership, New Decision Therapy, Somatic Healing, Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga and many others. She has served all over the US, and has had many high profile clients achieve wild success in their spiritual/energetic health goals. She currently hosts sessions online via Zoom or Skype, and is accepting new clients who are interested in making a shift in their life towards a more authentic self.

Each new client will have a chance to collaborate with Alexandra on goal-setting; what they would like to achieve during our time together. From there we will create a lesson plan and regimen to meet those goals in a timely manner.
Our sessions together may include the following:
-Asanas (postures) according to your needs/goals
-Breathwork to promote relaxation
-Exercises to promote nervous system regulation
-Energy work and bioenergetic cleansing
This work is for all skill levels, ages and body types.
