About Nathan
I'm a college math student who has always loved math. Math is the only subject where absolutely everything can be explained and understood down to the smallest details (or so I like to tell myself). As such, I always found myself trying to delve deep into math concepts and understand all of their minuscule inner workings. I have been tutoring for years, all throughout high school and in college, and have gained plenty of experience. I'm comfortable tutoring nearly everything up to calc 4, and I'm excited to help increase your understanding, and maybe even liking, of math.

My typical lessons are pretty fluid, and will go in whatever direction is most conducive to learning. If we're doing fractions, I might use a visual aid to help understand what everything means and what the two numbers are representing. If we're doing algebra, we might work through a problem together, with me giving hints at any point you get stuck. Really, it depends on the subject, but I think overall what you can expect is loads of enthusiasm and an hour of math that's as interesting, helpful, and informative as I can make it.
