About Elmer Rodell
I started working at age 12 cutting weeds out of beans. When i graduated from high school I was
called to be interim Pastor at Pana, Ill. Went to college Springfield, Mo. Graduated in 1967. Recently
I spent 15 years as Sunday School Director, in Lincoln Il. We began a number of ministries on Sunday
morning that ran simitaneously with the classes in the church .We had over 240 in atendance on Sunday
More than the classes in the church. I received a Masters degree and an earnd Doctor's degree I wrote a
25,000+ words disortation to get an earned degree. I am currently writing a book, and working on a
book on illustrations. I love teaching and/or preaching

I endeavor to understand the subject and the purpose. If I have understood the material,
correctly then to a certain I have ben self taught. I like a face to face method if possible.
I can usually tell by facial expressions if the student is grasping what is taught. Questions
indicate a willingness to learn and the type of question indicates the depth of the student
and how much he is accomplishing. When the student has a goal(s) then he/she is beginning
to focus on the subject material in relation to life.
