About Chris
As a high school student I struggled with calculus. I never felt confident seeing new problems and I never felt comfortable applying what I had learned even when I was on the right track. My philosophy when approaching mathematics is to provide the student with the skills to approach a problem, consider different methods and apply them.

-These lessons are for algebra 1-2, calculus, trigonometry, and statistics students in high school
-A focus on learning through examples. The focus is not on memorizing a method, but instead learning the intuition behind the mathematical methods.
-Once an appropriate understanding is obtained, we will move toward example problems where the student takes more agency, while still under guidance.
-The goal is to make students feel confident approaching problems
