About Uri
I'm Uri Klement, a PhD engineer in fluid mechanics (University of Manchester), recently retired after a long career in engineering and software. Numbers and problem-solving have been my daily tools for decades, and I enjoy passing that thinking on to students. I've tutored my own children through their school years, so I'm comfortable meeting each learner where they are — patient, clear, and encouraging, with real-world examples drawn from years of hands-on engineering.

Every student can do well in math with the right support. I'm a PhD engineer (fluid mechanics, University of Manchester) recently retired from a career in engineering and software. I tutor middle school and high school math — Algebra I & II, geometry, trigonometry, pre-calculus, calculus — plus homework help and test prep, in person or online. Having tutored my own children through their school years, I know how to meet each student where they are: patient, plain-language explanations, steady progress with no pressure, and real-world examples that show where the math actually gets used.
