I got fed back from my grandson and his foster mum, they said that Richard was a lovely man but maybe not the right tutor for Benji, his foster mum asked if i could maybe find someone younger with more computer knowledge because a lot of Benjis lessons are on his computer, Richard is very hands on which was wonderful but Benji was confused about how to convert the lesson back onto the computer and because Benji is so easily distracted working on his computer may keep him more engaged.
