Learning a new language can be a daunting task. My teaching method is to establish the gap between my students current level of proficiency and where the person would like to be as a proficiency in the English language. Then we jointly construct a program and a pace at which the student is comfortable learning. My end goal is to ensure that the process is pleasant and effective. this makes for an enjoyable experience where both teacher and student can be relaxed during the process of learning. Subgroups are structured accordingly, to ensure the difference in learning pace between students does no become a hindrance.
