About Karl
I come from a background of applying math and physics to solving real-world electro-mechanical problems (think surgical simulators, robotics, and photogrammetry).
I have taught computer graphics and haptics at the undergraduate and graduate levels. It's likely that if you can focus, you can take math and physics to any level you desire. And if you can't focus, then that is pretty much where you need to start.

My approach is to establish goals (both near and far term), determine relevant strengths and weaknesses (including current study methods), and augment existing curriculum with real-world examples.
Gaining proficiency in math and physics generally requires significant practice. I strive to assist in a way that reduces floundering without impeding the actual learning process.
I feel comfortable teaching from middle school through the first year or two of college.
